Refund policy

14-Day Trial

We offer a 14-day in-home trial from the date your order is delivered. If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you may return it within this period.

All approved returns are subject to a $30 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling and logistics.

Returned items must be in reasonable condition, free from damage beyond normal trial use.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order after your return is processed.

360-Day Satisfaction Warranty

All products are covered by a 360-day satisfaction warranty for quality-related issues, including manufacturing defects. If a quality issue arises within this period, please contact us and we will make it right.
